Robert G Rigby-Hall

Robert has over 30 years of global experience in general management, human resources and consulting. He has run businesses and lived in the United States, U.K., Europe, and Asia. 

He has been a Board Director of several private and not-for-profit organizations; held multiple Advisory Board roles and has consulted with many organizations. Over the years he has worked for Mercer, Hasbro, Reed Elsevier, LexisNexis and NXP Semiconductors.

Robert holds a Certificate in Corporate Governance from Kellogg Northwestern University, Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University, and a Certificate in Intensive Coach Training from the College of Executive Coaching. In 2010 he was the recipient of the Business Leadership Award by United Nations Global Compact. 

While CHRO of LexisNexis, Robert created the Global Business Coalition Against Human Trafficking (GBCAT). Companies represented on the board include Amazon, Google, Carlson, The Coca Cola Company, Boost Engagement, Delta, Ford, Microsoft, LexisNexis, Kering, NXP and Manpower. In 2010 he was the recipient of the Business Leadership Award by United Nations Global CompactIn 2008 he joined the board of Boys Town New York and became Chair in 2011 before stepping down in 2016. Since 1917, Boys Town’s has given thousands of at-risk children the love, support and education they need to succeed.

Robert is married and has three children. He splits his time between Austin and Amsterdam.
